In-person presentation instructions:

Length: In-person presentations should be no longer than 18 minutes.

Q&A: Allow 2-3 minutes for questions and discussion after each presentation.

Transitions: Allow 1-2 minutes between presentations for speaker changes
Bring your own laptop for the presentation. To ensure compatibility with the projector, please confirm your laptop has an HDMI or USB-C port. If not, please bring an HDMI adapter as well.
Preparation: To ensure a smooth start, consider arriving 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the room, test the A/V equipment, and introduce yourself to the session chair.
